Free plan, retirement planning, and rewritten guides

A new free plan, retirement planning in Goals, rewritten page guides, more coins, and more accurate tax figures.

๐ŸŽ

Oitava now has a free plan

When your trial ends you keep tracking 2 portfolios with CSV imports, performance, benchmarks, full dividend tracking, the Trade Analysis table and 1 watchlist, no credit card needed. Nothing you added is ever deleted. If you have more portfolios, you pick the 2 you keep editing and the rest stay viewable. You can also try the Tax Calculator, Goals and the full Trade Analysis on the demo portfolio straight from the subscribe prompt.

Retirement planning in Goals

A new Retirement section on the Goals page helps you plan spending your money down. Pick any two of starting value, duration and monthly withdrawal, and we solve for the third, with withdrawals rising with inflation and your taxes and dividend yield folded in. Goals also gained an inflation assumption, so you see what your target is worth in today's money.

Every page guide rewritten

All page guides were rewritten to explain every figure and chart on their page, with new guides for Goals and Performance. They share one consistent design, with a tab for each part of the page and numbered steps where order matters.

More coins and a crypto guide

We added more coins such as Shiba Inu, NEAR, Polygon, Chiliz, The Sandbox and Decentraland, and improved crypto handling in the Revolut, XTB and Trade Republic imports. The welcome guide has a new crypto step showing which portfolio to create depending on whether your coins sit with a broker or on an exchange like Binance or Coinbase.

More accurate tax and trade figures

The Tax Calculator and Trade Analysis now match sells only against lots bought in the same portfolio, so holding the same stock in several accounts no longer mixes up cost basis. We also fixed buy and sell markers on stock price charts and date labels on performance charts.
